Six sessions. One working agent.
Each cohort runs six live evening sessions across two weeks, covering Africa, Europe, and the US East Coast in a single window. Async assignments between sessions. Office hours when something breaks. Every cohort ends with a demo day and a certificate for everyone whose code runs cleanly.

Foundations
Agent mental models, multi-model routing, and your first single-agent script running from your terminal by Day 4.

Week two
Build
Multi-agent orchestration, database integration, scheduled deployment. A working multi-agent pipeline running on a cron by Day 11.

Demo day
Ship
Each participant demos a working agent. Honest feedback from the cohort. Certificate handed out for everyone whose code runs cleanly.

Do I need to know how to code already?
Foundations starts assuming you have never opened a terminal. You will by Day 4. Intermediate and Advanced both require comfort with JavaScript or Python, and the prerequisite is listed on each cohort card.
What tools do I need?
A laptop running Mac, Windows, or Linux. A Claude account, free tier works for Foundations, Pro is recommended for Intermediate and Advanced. Antigravity terminal, which is free. A GitHub account. No paid tools beyond a Claude subscription if you choose one.
What if I miss a live session?
Every live session is recorded and shared within 24 hours. Missing one is normal. Missing two makes catching up hard because the cohort builds fast. Office hours exist for catch-up questions.
Why is AI Agents Foundations priced so low?
The first Foundations cohorts are priced low intentionally. The early seats subsidise alumni building, honest feedback, and the case studies the next cohorts are sold against. The standard price rises by Cohort 3.
What is the difference between AI Agents and AI Software?
AI Agents teaches you to build autonomous systems that scout, draft, push, and monitor on their own, usually on a schedule. AI Software teaches you to build apps and sites with embedded LLM features that users interact with directly. Most buyers belong in AI Agents.
Can my company pay or invoice?
Yes. Email connect@ratioafrica.com with your company details for a proforma invoice. For teams of five or more, the Private and corporate route is usually a better fit.
